2018 Estate White
This is the wine Andy calls, "the best white wine I have ever tasted". It is a small production and made especially for you, our Fold Members. This fresh, bright wine is aged in both stainless steel and neutral oak, giving it depth and texture. Aromatics of lemon, honeysuckle, and jasmine lead to notes of pear and baked apple.
Enjoy this wine with buttery meats like shellfish or crispy-skinned chicken. Also try chicken satay, tempura shrimp, Moroccan flavors, or enjoy it on its own.
