2018 Sparkling Lilly Rosé
We are excited to offer you our second vintage of Sparkling Lilly Rosé, grown from our vineyard on the Folded Hills Estate. The wine is a tribute to six generations of strong, loving women from Lilly Anheuser in 1844, to our beautiful granddaughter. This wine is made in the méthode champenoise style, this traditional method is the process used in the Champagne region of France and lets you know that the secondary fermentation happens in the bottle.
The 2018 Sparkling Lilly Rosé retains its mouthwatering freshness, and crisp, lingering finish. Opening with delicate aromatics of alpine strawberries with just a hint of croissant and cream, the palate showcases notes of zesty mixed berries, and a snap of fresh Bing cherry. Best of all, it is full of vibrancy and palate stimulation. Flavorful while refreshing, our Sparkling Lilly Rosé has a lot of versatility at the table.
