2019 Estate White

This is the wine Andy calls, "the best white wine I have ever tasted". It is a small production and made especially for you, our Fold Members. This beautiful representation of our white vineyard was aged in a combination of our concrete egg tank, stainless steel, and neutral oak barrels and stirred once a week on lees, giving it depth and texture. Aromatics of lemon curd, beeswax, fresh ginger, and honey lead to notes of canary melon, pears, and gardenia flowers. The long waxy finish is balanced with bright acid and hints of sea salt. Enjoy this wine with white fishes or buttery meats, a staff favorite is sole piccata.
