We are excited to present our third vintage of Sparkling Lilly Rosé, grown in our vineyard on the Folded Hills Estate. The wine is a tribute to six generations of strong, loving women from Lilly Anheuser in 1844, to our beautiful granddaughter. This wine is made in the Méthode Traditionnelle style, the process used in the Champagne region of France, with a second fermentation in the bottle to develop the "sparkle" followed by extended aging on the lees to develop complexity and body.
The 2019 Sparkling Lilly Rosé presents with mouthwatering freshness and a crisp, lingering finish. Aromas of rose petals, strawberries, and freshly cut apricots abound followed by flavors of bing cherry and nectarine with hints of toasted brioche.
