The 2021 Brothers Syrah is the epitome of a cool climate Syrah. Winemaker Michael Brughelli selects the optimum picking time for the site and then guides the wine through fermentation to offer a nuanced expression of the variety. Picked early in the morning, the cold fruit was de-stemmed. This wine is allowed to ferment with native yeasts and then aged for 12 months in 100% neutral French oak barrels.
