This is our sixth vintage of Cluster, and we are blown away by her beauty! Ruben’s careful farming of our Estate Grenache provided a harvest of healthy fruit perfectly set on their clusters. Michael chose to respect his work by fermenting our Cluster Grenache using perfectly intact grape clusters. The approach is called whole cluster, or carbonic fermentation, thus the name of the wine. The effect is a zesty freshness and a wonderfully energetic palate, a wine full of presence while remaining relatively light-bodied. This is a fun and festive wine, perfect for any occasion.
