The Estate Grenache is made entirely from fruit grown on our estate vineyard, tucked into the slopes of Folded Hills. Grower Ruben Solorzano meticulously farms the site. Together, Ruben and winemaker Michael Brughelli shepherd the grapes, and Michael selects the optimal moment for harvest.
Sourced from our LAWN and Golden Eagle parcels and picked early in the morning, the fruit was de-stemmed with 10% whole cluster remaining. After a few days on skins, these were pressed and aged for 12 months in 25% new French oak to enhance the texture and depth of the wine while preserving the purity and transparency of the site.
